I love this couch. It's comfortable and looks good. I paid extra for the lifetime fabric protection which was very reasonable. For the price you can't beat it. I would and am recommending this couch to friends and family. The cushions hold there shape and they seem firm. Which is good because I don't want them to look saggy after a couple months. I have bought furniture from the other big furniture stores and have not been impressed. When issues have arised they have been less than helpful and I did purchase the extended warranties. Being that Ten Penny is a smaller not as advertised business they need more word of mouth advertisement. I find that in those cases they try to keep their customers happy. Plus you save money, who doesn't love that? With that said I am happy with my purchase and would buy from Ten Penny again.
