These Terms and Conditions of Sale may not be altered, supplemented or amended by the use of any other document(s) unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement signed by both you and Tenpenny Furniture.

Payment for the products will be made by credit card. Credit cards that are accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Terms of payment are within Tenpenny Furniture’s sole discretion and payment must be received by Tenpenny Furniture prior to your order shipping. Your credit card will be charged for the full purchase price as stated on your sales receipt after 24 hours. Your order is subject to cancellation by Tenpenny Furniture, at Tenpenny Furniture’s sole discretion. Tenpenny Furniture is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
All orders are subject to availability. The prices of the products are exclusive of shipping, handling, or applicable sales or other taxes.
You agree and represent that you are buying only for your use and not for resale or export.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled with no charge from the time of order through 24 hours after order confirmation. After 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restock fee. To cancel an order, call us at 517-546-7420.
Availability: Shipping will begin within 10 business days after Stock availability has been confirmed.
